Rajesh Yohannan

Chief Executive Officer (Sydney, AU)

The Group CEO of AxiCorp's global operations, Rajesh Yohannan has more than two decades of experience covering a broad spectrum of retail oriented eBusiness functions. Reporting to the Board of Directors, he is responsible for continuous refinement of product and service offerings toward enhancing revenue, margins and enterprise value across the Group’s various businesses. Prior to his appointment, Rajesh was Regional CEO of OANDA’s high performing Asia Pacific operations and is an 11 year veteran and former Managing Director at Citibank where he held various leadership roles. Rajesh has a BE (Computer Science and Engineering) from the National Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Louis Cooper

Global Head of Retail Services (Sydney, AU)

The Global Head of AxiCorp’s Retail Services, Louis Cooper is responsible for overseeing all Sales, Marketing and Client Experience functions worldwide. He has been in the FX, CFD and Stockbroking industry for over 15 years and was formerly Managing Director (Australia and New Zealand) for OANDA. Prior to OANDA, Louis held various Executive Management positions with CMC Markets, including Managing Director (Australia and New Zealand) reporting directly to the Group CEO and being responsible for strategy, execution and all sales and marketing activity throughout the APAC region. Products he has overseen include wholesale and retail FX, CFDs and stockbroking, including equities, Margin Lending, execution, ETOs and Warrants. Louis has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Business Information Systems.

Gavin Ward

Global Head of Institutional (Singapore)

As the Global Head of Institutional Clients, Gavin Ward is responsible for building strong relationships with broker dealers, hedge funds and other institutional trading businesses. Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and has served in a variety of senior management positions in Finance, Operations and Sales, with extensive pan-European and Asian exposure. In his previous role Gavin headed OANDA’s Greater China operations and, prior to that, was the Head of Asia for CMC Markets, responsible for offices in Singapore, China and Japan, and for business development across the region. His previous experience includes roles with Allianz, Deloitte and PWC. Gavin holds a BA, Dual Honours from King's College London and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).

Paul Kiff

Global Head of Trading (London, UK)

In his role as Global Head of Trading, Paul Kiff is responsible for the Dealing, Trading and Market Risk Management functions. Paul is a skilled FCA CF30 approved finance professional with over 30 years’ broad experience working within the financial sector. His expertise covers multiple asset classes including FX, Futures & Options, CFDs, Spread Betting and Equities. Prior to joining AxiCorp he held Global Head of Trading positions at GKFX and Alpari. In his long career, he has also held important trading roles at Refco, E D & F Man, Merrill Lynch and Dean Witter Reynolds. Paul is a fully qualified Futures and Options Trader on LIFFE.

Simon Turner

Chief Information Officer (Sydney, AU)

As AxiCorp’s Chief Information Officer, Simon Turner is responsible for all development, programme management, technology and infrastructure across the Group. Prior to joining AxiCorp, Simon spent 14 years between London and Sydney with the listed broker ICAP in various operational and executive management positions; these roles included Regional Head IT and Ops (IRS, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Futures and Energy businesses), Head of Programme Management (various multi-asset class e-Commerce and Operational support projects), Head of Application Service Delivery (heading a global team supporting business critical applications across the trade life-cycle). Simon has a BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology from Solent University England.

Patrick Salis

Chief Financial Officer (Sydney, AU)

Patrick Salis joined AxiCorp as Chief Financial Officer boasting extensive experience and achievements in high growth global businesses, with his expertise covering a wide range of departments and functions including Finance, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Project Management, Operations, Compliance and Credit. Prior to joining AxiCorp, Patrick was CFO and COO of ASX-listed GBST, where he’s also served two years as CEO of the company’s London-based Capital Markets Division. Before GBST he was CFO of Virgin Money (Australia) and also served as CFO of ASX-listed JDV for several years.

Simon Hodgkiss

Chief Risk Officer (Sydney, AU)

In the position of Chief Risk Officer, Simon Hodgkiss assumes responsibility for AxiCorp’s global Risk, Legal and Compliance matters. He works closely with the Executive Committee and Board to ensure the Group has appropriate risk management frameworks, abides by all regulatory standards, implements strong policies and procedures and ensures staff training and operations adhere to world-class standards. Simon has intricate knowledge of the company and trading industry, having previously spent five years as AxiCorp’s Chief Financial Officer. Before joining AxiCorp, he spent 12 years with IG Markets working in various roles between London and Melbourne, including as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Controller (APAC). Simon has a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the Nottingham Trent University and is a Chartered Accountant.
